Joint Planning Committee

The Joint Planning Committee meeting, chaired by Jacquelyn McCroskey, is a bi-monthly forum where Commissioners, community members, County staff, and other stakeholders discuss in a more informal manner key topic areas that can inform our strategic planning efforts.

The focus of the JPCM is to "raise the umbrella issues" with the intent of laying the groundwork for First 5 LA's own larger planning, not only specific initiative-driven issues. The meeting's discussions aim to draw connections between First 5 LA efforts and those issues and highlight lessons from other large scale efforts.
