Frank Ramos is a Deputy Director for the Los Angeles County Department of Children and Family Services (DCFS), where he provides administrative oversight of Service Bureau 3. He is responsible for managing all aspects of line operations in the Antelope Valley. Mr. Ramos provides direct supervision of two Regional Administrators who plan and manage the day-to-day operations i.e. responding to child abuse and neglect referrals; helping families safely remain intact; reunifying children; and providing legal permanency.

Mr. Ramos has a Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology and extensive experience as a Children’s Social Worker, Supervising Children’s Social Worker, Assistant Regional Administrator, Regional Administrator, and Division Chief. He has over 27 years of service with DCFS. He successfully completed the Leaders in Action Executive Training Series and the Executive Leadership Development Program. Further, he is a member of the Antelope Valley Resource Infusion steering committee; and is a Certified Children and Family Team Facilitator.
