ELIGIBLE APPLICANTS
The Respondent will possess the following qualifications and skills related to landscape Maintenance Services.
Minimum Requirements
- Bidders must have an active California C-27 Landscaping Contractor’s License
- Bidders must be a registered contractor with the Department of Industrial Relations
- Bidders must be located in Southern California
- Bidders must have a minimum of five (5) years of experience with providing commercial landscape maintenance services
- Use environmentally friendly, non-toxic maintenance products
Please note that Respondents that do not meet the requirements above will not pass the first level of review (see Section VII. Selection Process and Review Criteria of ITB).
DESCRIPTION
This Invitation To Bid (ITB) is a solicitation for from those entities (Bidders) interested in providing landscape maintenance services for First 5 LA, located at 750 N. Alameda Street, Los Angeles, CA. The bids must be submitted in accordance with the requirements set forth in this document.
Only written responses will be considered. All materials submitted will become part of the response and may be incorporated into any subsequent contract(s) between First 5 LA and the selected Bidder.

All questions and requests for additional information regarding this ITB must be received before 5 p.m. PT on November 29, 2021, and answers will be posted on the website on November 30, 2021.
First 5 LA reserves the sole right to determine the timing and content of the responses to all questions and requests for additional information. First 5 LA may respond to individual inquires and then post replies to all questions by the posting date.
